Customization Process

Requirements Communication
The client submits their customization requirements (including appearance, functionality, quantity, budget, delivery timeline, etc.). Our professional consultants then engage directly with the client to clarify the specific details of these requirements and provide a preliminary proposal.

Solution Design
Based on requirements, the R&D team completes the product design and functional planning, produces design drawings and solution specifications, and confirms them with the client.

Prototyping and Pilot Production
Upon confirmation of the solution, we rapidly complete mold development and sample production, then ship the samples to the client for testing. We subsequently adjust and optimize the design based on client feedback until all requirements are fully met.

Mass Production
Upon confirmation of the samples, mass production is initiated; the production process is strictly controlled in accordance with quality control standards to ensure both product quality and delivery timelines.

Testing Deliverables
Upon completion of production, the products undergo comprehensive testing, after which a test report is issued, logistics and shipping are arranged, and subsequent after-sales support is provided.
